1. Acceptance of Services
By engaging with On-Demand App Development Company (Nectarbits Solution/Nectarbits LLP) for software development, white-label solutions, or consulting, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Our services are tailored for enterprise and professional business entities.
2. Software Licensing & Ownership
White-Label Solutions: All ready-made and white-label scripts remain the intellectual property of Nectarbits. Clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to utilize the software for their specific business entity.
Redistribution, resale, or reverse-engineering of the core source code without explicit written consent is strictly prohibited and subject to legal action globally.
3. Third-Party Dependencies & API Liability
On-demand applications rely heavily on external ecosystems. On-Demand App Development Company is not liable for service interruptions, policy changes, or pricing fluctuations from third-party providers including:
- Payment Gateways (Stripe, PayPal, etc.)
- Geolocation Services (Google Maps, Mapbox)
- Cloud Infrastructure (AWS, Firebase)
- Communication Protocols (Twilio, SendGrid)
4. Development Timelines & Deliverables
While we strive for rapid deployment, all project timelines provided are Good Faith Estimates and not absolute guarantees. Delays caused by third-party API approval processes, app store review cycles (Apple/Google), or changes in client requirements may adjust the final delivery date.
5. Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall On-Demand App Development Company be liable for business losses, lost profits, or data corruption resulting from the use of our software in live production environments. Clients are responsible for final User Acceptance Testing (UAT) before market launch.
6. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these terms will be settled through binding arbitration. The governing law shall be based on the jurisdiction of our primary corporate registration.
